The Lincoln Lawyer takes it’s name from the unusual way attorney Mickey Haller, played by Mathew McConaughey, conducts business in the back of a Lincoln Towncar. The story is set in Los Angeles and makes for some interesting scenes, twists and turns. Hired to represent a man who appears to be a minor offender with assault charges, Haller soon digs below the surface of his elusive client to reveal his sinister past and possible involvement with a double homicide. Directed by Brad Furman, The Lincoln Lawyer takes a hold of the audience quickly and escalates at a rapid pace. Also starring Marissa Tomei and Ryan Phillipe, The Lincoln Lawyer also features country music superstar, Trace Adkins, and delivers some cool tunes on the motion picture’s soundtrack.
