Making a good amount of money, though not as much as the previous two, this film is a captivating drama directed by the respected Clint Eastwood. This emotional film delves into the subject matter of death and the separate effects it has on everyone. Three uniquely different individuals experience life-altering events and must come to terms with what is happening to them. Matt Damon is a hard working man who has a special connection to the afterlife, CeCile De France is a French journalist who experiences a near-death tragedy, and Frankie/George McLaren is a London schoolboy who suffers the loss of someone close to him. These three lives intersect in this moving film as they follow a path to discover the truth, and finally realize what happens after life. Such a touching and stimulating drama, this film will leave you emotionally attached to the characters and their lives.
