Jumping the Broom is a fast paced comedy centered on two families attending a wedding in Martha’s Vineyard. They say opposites attract, however, the opposing personalities in this clever feel-good film add up to some serious comedy and light hearted fun. Jumping the Broom was directed by Salim Akil and makes a great date night movie or weekend family event. Jumping the Broom stars Angela Basset, Paula Patton, Laz Alonso and Loretta Devine with an appearance from TV evangelist T. D. Jakes. Jumping the Broom is rated PG-13 and will suit just about anyone who is up for a good laugh.
